Manifestation is not a doing, it’s a being.  What we mean is, it’s about your vibration.  But you already know that.  You are wondering how to manifest in a physical sense.  Yet, the answer is the same.  In order to call in the motivation and inspiration you seek, you must first be in the vibration you wish to manifest.

One of the best ways to do this is to be healthy, to take care of your physical health.  If you are tired, not feeling well, not eating well, etc, then it is hard to feel the energy flowing and be in the vibration of inspiration.  All of your energy is going toward trying to balance your physical form into health.  Thus, it’s too tiring to follow through with much of what you want to do.  So, again, the being before the doing, even in a physical sense.

If you set the intention to be inspired, healthy and motivated, you can achieve it.  You can simply state your intention daily, as if it is done, and then you will eventually begin to vibrate that intention.  Your energy body believes you when you tell yourself something long enough.  Your energy body will eventually believe and respond to your intention of health, inspiration and motivation, and then your physical form will follow suit.

Yes, this is affirmation, yet it can be so much more.  This is literally how you write your story.  It is so easy that many of your kind simply dismiss it and don’t realize they are writing their experience daily, just without consciousness.  Thus, they set intentions without awareness and live into what they are telling themselves daily.

You can call it law of attraction if you like.  We see it as a vibrational frequency that is created by your seed sounds that you speak.  This sound vibration is received in your physical form and then begins to make shifts in your body.  If you continue with an intention daily, for an extended amount of time, you will feel significant shifts, based on your intentions.  This is how mantras work.

How you speak to yourself, how you speak to others, what you think, how you feel about yourself on the inside… all of these are creating your personal experience.  Yes, it is easy to get in a rut and be stuck in an experience that doesn’t feel good.  That is when you simply remind yourself who you are and what you choose, even if you don’t believe it when you say it.  Your mind does not need to believe it.  Your third dimensional experience does not need to reflect it in that moment.  You can create it with your words, your intentions and your consistent activation of that vibration by stating it daily.

We recommend stating it out loud and allowing it to permeate your being.  In time, you will enjoy it and it will get easier.  At first it may be difficult, but we assure you, keep it up and you will indeed feel great shifts.  We have seen this manifest what you would call miracles.
