Prunella ~ Self HealKeywords: Healing, Multi-faceted, Giving, Abundant, Grounded, Expansive, Overflowing, Affirming

When You Connect with Prunella it means:

You are going to experience a deep and powerful overall healing, especially the healing of core emotional wounds.

It is time to speak your truth, let your voice be heard and open your throat chakra to share authentically.

Allow yourself to expand, overflow and be as exuberant as you like, regardless of what others may think of it.

Make a daily practice of grounding with the earth, in order to feel more fully supported, held and nurtured.

Though you have had many challenges, you are grounded and have stamina and strength that will get you through.

Setting Intentions with Prunella:

Sit quietly and visualize each of your chakra centers spinning clockwise in alignment with each other.

Work with daily affirmations to support yourself in aligning with the gift of living, your commitment to living fully, and all that you are blessed with.

Lie on the earth as often as possible (preferably daily) and allow yourself to be filled with the energy of the earth to recharge and restore.

Sing! Sing out loud, whenever you can, even if you do not like your voice. Tone. Vocalize. Express through your throat.

Be intentional not to push your healing gifts on others if they are not asking or ready for your support.

If Prunella is a Totem for you:

You are a natural healer and you prefer to work with many tools and modalities, rather than sticking to one lineage.

Your strength and stamina never seems to fade, as long as you stay grounded.

Though you may have fallen in esteem with some, you are still regarded and appreciated by many.

You prefer to work on your own healing, allowing the energies of earth, nature and elements to support you in this process.

Though you prefer to keep a low profile, others see and feel your healing energy, your strength and your tireless dedication to being in service.
