Poppy (California Yellow)

Description

Medicine of the in-between places, for those who wish to more fully walk between realms.  This essence will support vivid dreams as well as feeling more calm during your waking time and having deeper sleep at night.  This essence is made with the yellow California poppy, not the flower that is used to make opium, so it carries a lighter energy that feels more clear, but still powerful dream medicine.

Poppy helps you to be more at peace within yourself, easing feelings of anxiety and pain.  A couple of my students worked with this essence in a Cacao Ceremony and both of them said they felt really calm, and even a little sleepy after our shamanic journey.  I grow these flowers in the composted soil of what was once the base of a large Maple tree and my mother harvested these flowers so it’s got great motherly love energy in it too.
